What does our name "ICUnet" actually mean?

ICUnet stands for "Intercultural Network" for over 20 years, because:

We create value by connecting people across borders.

This is our purpose.

An internationally operating family business

Our journey began in Passau in 2001. Today, as a globally operating family business, we are represented at over 20 locations worldwide, have expertise for more than 75 countries, and maintain long-term partnerships with our customers and employees.

Around 200 permanent and 350 freelance experts from over 40 nations

Our team consists of around 200 permanent employees and 350 freelance consultants from over 40 nations, speaking more than 50 languages. We are passionate about consulting, enabling and accompanying companies on their global expansion and growth journey.

With over 7,000 managed international assignments per year, we are one of the largest providers of relocation and assignment management in Europe. With more than 70 awards, we are the most frequently awarded company in our industry. Over 24 DAX, 22 Euro Stoxx and 450 medium-sized companies and global players have placed their trust in us for many years.
